Broken
Two of the three mugs I ordered had large chips on them. I called Macys and they will send replacements. My complaint is that there is no way, with as big as the chips were, that someone packing up these mugs for shipping didn't see them. They were packed in bubble wrap and Styrofoam, so it couldn't have happened during shipping. I have to send them back to Macys which is no small inconvenience to me.
lavender fiesta mug
love the lavender fiesta. first time i ever bought a piece at full price but the sales do not apply to the lavender and they are selling out and not being restocked. so it was the time to buy..

Beautiful new color
I love this new Lavender color! It’s nearly identical to the Lilac limited availability from the 90s.

Quick Delivery of Hard to Find Item
This mug was sold out everywhere. I'm happy I found it online from Macy's. I had it in just a few days. This is my favorite Fiesta mug shape in the new Lavender color.

I never received this mug. I realize it says it was delivered but it was not. Please advise.

Style Matches My Previous Settings
Style matches well with previous settings from years ago, and anticipate it will perform as well. Web site color is a good representation of glaze color.
