Second One!

This Coffee Maker has served us well for at least 5 years and probably more. It's been used every day for single brews and whole pots. Finally, though, it had some problems: First, the single brew side did not see that there was water in the reservoir and kept asking for water. Then, the pot side just stopped. So I looked at the Hamilton Beach website and bought the exact same model! We're good for another 5 years, at least!

Leaks

I am so disappointed. The single cup side doesn’t dispense the water and it all leaks out the bottom. This started not even 6 months after purchasing it. Very disappointing

Great Coffee Maker

This is my second coffee maker of this brand and model. I wore the first one out after daily use for eight years. I love that the carafe doesn't drip, but pours cleanly. I highly recommend it!

Do Not Purchase

I purchased a Flexbrew about 3-4 years ago. It lasted that time until it would not dispense water at all on either side. I then bought another Flexbrew, and it has never worked on the single serve side. The needle clogs easily and it never dispenses all the water. I need to rebrew 3 and 4 times to get the water to fully dispense one cup of coffee. This occurs whether it is a small cup with a small amount of water or a larger amount of water. So frustrating to spend money on a defective product! From looking at the reviews, I see that it is hit or miss with this product. Why take a chance? What happened to quality control at Hamilton Beach? I will now switch companies after having this last Flexbrew for about a month.

Poor quality

It often stops in the middle of brewing, makes a loud gurgling sound. Sometimes it is because the needle is clogged, other times it's not and I have no idea. The pod is wasted because you have to start over. This started within a month of purchasing brand new. Other comments state the same things. Avoid!! Do not buy!!

Great features

I bought this 8 years ago and use both options during a week's time. Brews like it did out of the box. The kcup feature is nice because you pour in and then brew, eliminating water just sitting in a reservoir. Hot plate keeps the brewed coffee steamy and features auto shutoff. Ordering one just like it for my rental.

This is my fourth flex brew coffee maker, always my favorite, but so disappointed, cheaply made, store won't return because I didn't open it for a month after I bought it.
