Seat cover

I recently purchased this sofa and the zipper for the seat cover was broken. I emailed the company and they just keep forwarding my email to person after person. Also, the couch looks nice, but not comfortable.

BAD ADVICE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE

Before I ordered this I CALLED customer service to make sure that the sofa I was ordering would be delivered by someone who could put it together. They assured me that was so. I was given a Monday for delivery. Imagine my surprise when a lump of furniture was delivered 3 days early, too heavy for me to move and no one to put it together. When I called I was advised that that was my problem. That the ad said some. assembly was required
