Terrific Product

The quality of the sound was perfect and the sound from the speaker (per the person I was talking to on the other end) was just as excellent. This is the best earbuds I've had.

Wonderful bass, teen approved

Really just found a pair of jlab in the basement 6 or 7 years old. Sounds wonderful so went to the website and behold, they have the same 3.5 mm audio jack in colors for my niece. She didn't want to return my OLD pair. So great sound, last a while and the teal is a great. Alongside the 10 year old hifiman mp3 player these wired buds are new Old school. Recommend highly, going to get the USB c next, for myself.

Defective product line

I've had to replace these headphones three times in 8 months because of consistent technical issues, such as audio cutting out, extremely low volume in one earpiece, loud clicking that hurts the ears, and eventually not working. Since this keeps happening, my guess is that the product line itself is defective. Pass on these.

One side stopped working

one side just stop working after a week, if I wiggle the wired or hold it a certain way it will play, but who wants to be holding a wire a certain way all day.

Laurie

Earbuds have great sound and fit perfect. Not happy with the paper cover over the speaker vs most have a metal mesh. Easy process to request warrenty coverage due to one speaker stopped working. Fast response with instructions and code. Fast replacement.
