Incredible service
I dont ever wear makeup other then eyeliner but my mom likes makeup so I went with her. I recently have been seeing a concealer that covers eye bags so I was interested. However, I dont wear foundation so I was worried it would be to much. I asked the consultant if they had an eye cream that I could wear without extra makeup and this is what she recommended. She was so helpful and attentive and I love this concealer! 10/10 service and if you like to go more natural this is such a nice touch to just spot cover!

I miss the creme concealer
MAC does not have the creme concealer anymore, I bought this to see if it would work the same and it is good, but not as good as the creme ones.
Mac does not live up to hype
It doesn't live up to the hype I heard about it being a fabulous concealer. I find that less expensive brands do better and look better.
Disappointing New Formula
After using this product the 1st time, with this new formula, I was immediately disappointed. The new formula is clearly watered-down, which causes creasing and I was NOT getting that with the old formula. Additionally, because it's watered-down, I have to use more product for the same amount of coverage. I believe the new formula is designed so that you use with their color corrector, which means you have to spend more money to buy more products when previously one product did it all! Also, in the practical sense, 36 hours? Really? What everyday person needs to wear make for MORE THAN 24 HOURS!!! You're suppose to wash off the make up EVERY DAY! Needless-to-say, I'm no longer going to use this product and start using ELF concealer, which is $20 cheaper, more product, no need to reapply for coverage, and no need for color corrector product to conceal.
