Micro fleece sheet set

These sheets are not just pretty, but they are soft, warm and cozy. Perfect for the cold winter nights that we are now experiencing. I am so glad that I purchased them because they are exactly what I was looking for. My only complaint is with the pillow cases. They are rather long and narrow. Would have been easier to get on if they were just a little wider.

Wrong item

I dont understand why I received True North brand when I ordered Maddison Park brand. Hopefully the same quality as I bought for a Xmas gift and wont have time to exchange.

Dear Customer,

We appreciate you reaching out to share your concerns regarding the Madison Park Micro Fleece Sheet Set.

We are truly sorry for the confusion and concern caused by receiving a product branded as True North instead of Madison Park. We completely understand the worry this creates, especially since these sheets are a Christmas gift and you are working within a tight holiday timeline. It is naturally unsettling to see a different label than the one you selected, and we apologize for any stress this has caused during your holiday preparations.

Please be assured that True North and Madison Park are sister brands under the same parent company, and they utilize the exact same manufacturing standards and materials for their micro-fleece collections. The product you received is the identical high-quality sheet set in terms of softness, weight, and durability; the branding often varies based on regional distribution or specific inventory batches. You can feel confident that you are still gifting the premium, cozy experience you intended to purchase.
