Good product
I have been more interested in suplemente this year on my quest for a healthier life. I have been losing weight and wanted to make sure I am not losing muscle in the process so I began to look into supplements and this is a good choice. I haven’t been taking for long enough to talk about efficacy, but it has the right ingredients and I love that it’s just pills, not some powder I have to mix. So far, I am happy with it!

Great energy source
Great supplement containing leucine, isoleucine and valine. You take 3 a day before or after a workout. My preference is after for muscle recovery as my workouts are usually not overally intensive. It’s packaged well. It comes with a 40 day supply and it’s a great value for its money.

Effectiveness unclear but no bad side effects
The pill size wasn’t too big and no bad aftertaste. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to see any results but it may be that I needed to take them for a longer period of time. Plus so many other things like diet and exercise would impact results more than any supplement.

Good Bang For Your Buck
These did not have a strong or offensive taste. They were not too large and went down easily with water. They were not heavy on the stomach. I think this product is a great value for the money. I didn’t recognize the majority of the ingredients so I’m not sure about the safety and health aspect of them.

I’ve been using this product for about a month now along with my other supplements and it works very well. There is no after taste when you take them which is always great. I will be purchasing again.
