Purchased 40R Modern Fit for 16 yo, 5'11", 190 lb, athlete son. The jacket fit was true, no alterations needed. The pants are -6 inches from jacket, or 34" waist. Snug around the thighs because of his muscular build. Length will require hemming. The fabric is stretch, which also provides comfort. Drapes well and resists wrinkling.
