Other occasion to buy:Hats are shrunken in the warehouse
Incentivized:No

Hats were delivered shrunken & too small

The hat size is smaller than what it’s presented as. I purchased 2 fitted hats, 2 different teams & I have multiple fitted hats from new era. Macy’s must have these hats stored in a hot & moist area. Hat feels 1 1/2 sizes smaller.
