Love this dishrack!

It folds up and stores away easily and is big enough to hold all of my miscellaneous dishes. And there is a lot of room for cutlery! It also looks nice to boot!

quick response

Oxo is very good at replacing faulty items. My only gripe is that the item I replaced breaks too easily.

Dish rack replacement. . . so great

this was actually an inquiry related to a broken part of an OXO dish rack - my hope was that you all would simply send me a replacement part. Instead, you replaced the entire unit! So unexpected, but such an above-and-beyond response to my simple inquiry. I think we love our OXO gear even more knowing how willing you are to stand behind your products. Thank you!

Dish drain

Well built but miss the stainless steel model I had for years. All plastic model is probably less durable. Also wish the dish rack was longer left to right rather than shorter front to back. Not everyone uses a dishwasher to clean their dishes.

Gets the job done!

I shop so many of these trying to the find the one for our needs. Overall the best by far. Would I change a thing or two, maybe but still the best so far.

Poor drainage

There is not enough elevation on the back end for water to properly drain. Overall I did not like design of the dish rack.

Love this drying rack

This is a sturdy drying rack that has all the gadgetry you'd expect from OXO. There are two utensil holders that can be removed to provide more space. Then there is the plate rack that can fold up or lay flat. The rack slopes just a bit so that water can drain out of the hole into the sink. I also appreciate how the rack folds up in order to be put under the sink.
