Is it a cowl neck?

The color is rich brown and really on trend. The neck, to me, is more like a mock turtle neck than a cowl. It is not very wide or open. It is a little tighter in the bust than I would like. I ordered a PM and I wear a 34DD bra. It is too heavy to wear in my climate now. I might need it by the end of November. I don't think that there is much stretch to it.
