Fantastic professional bag
I love thos as a work bag! I like how it looks - very professional and sleek- so I feel like I can take it to meetings. I appreciate how much it can hold. I have a 17" laptop that fits (a bit snug since it's outside the recommended size), a portable external monitor, charger, mouse, my notebook and there's still more room in the main compartment! The front size pocket is also great for little office supplies.

Comfortable Backpack with Some Drawbacks
Pros: Very comfortable to carry on the shoulders and so stylish and color is so beautiful. Really useful for school and office use. A must to have! Cons / Areas for Improvement: Looks big on display, but the interior space is smaller than expected. The sizes of side and front pockets should be increased and roomier. Buckles and zippers feel a bit flimsy; would prefer a firmer feel and a brighter gold tone. The adjustment straps would function better if attached directly to the main body of the backpack.

Stylish, Practical, and Lots of Space
This backpack is a perfect, stylish, and very practical commuting work bag. It has two large inner pockets where I can have my laptop. It has a small inside zipper pocket where I can store my wallet or anything else of value. the two side pockets are incredible - I store my water bottle in one and umbrella in the other. The front pocket I keep chapstick, tissues, hand sanitizer, and other random things I can easily get to. I'm really impressed most importantly that while I usually carry a number of things, the bag does not feel heavy when I wear it. I usually have a good 6-inches of space at the top of the bag when I'm fully packed even with a container for my lunch. I'm really glad I got this bag. Despite the sometimes "fashionable look" of having a leather tote or handbag bag, I know my shoulders and back will thank me years down the road for focusing on even weight distribution rather than purely style for my work commutes.

Compact/roomy
Good idea, needs better execution
When fully zipped up, this backpack is very compact. Because it’s so compact, it has some downsides. When placing anything in the front or side pockets, it pushes inward toward the main pocket of the backpack which actually decreases the overall space you have. It’s pretty frustrating to have to negotiate what I pack, but maybe evaluate if you’re a “just in case” type of person like I am. It does look sleek and the double interior pockets are nicer I would use this backpack for very light travel or maybe a mini road trip, but I bought it as an office bag and it doesn’t suit my needs.
