Awesome, but too expensive

Purchased for my daughter's birthday and she is absolutely over the moon. She loves the comfort, fit, and she told me that she feels like she's walking on clouds wearing her UGG's. Really too pricey however. It's a once in a lifetime purchase.

Received wrong item

Not a review on the shoes themselves, since I ordered these boots for my daughter's birthday and opened the box to find the wrong shoes inside. Very disappointing service from Macy's.
