Not what I expected, material does not meet expectations

Response from Macy's

JLA Home5 months ago

Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the material did not meet your expectations. The Joella Room-in-a-Bag set is designed as a complete bedroom makeover package, featuring a coordinated comforter, decorative pillows, sheets, curtains, and valances with elegant tufted detailing for a polished look. While the lightweight polyester fabric offers easy care and maintenance, we understand that some customers may prefer a thicker or more premium-feeling material. Your feedback is very valuable and will be shared with our team to help us improve our products.

Dear Customer,

We appreciate you reaching out to share your honest feedback on the Madison Park Essentials Joella 24-Piece Room in a Bag.

We are sincerely sorry to hear that the quality of this set did not meet your expectations. We completely understand the disappointment of purchasing a "Room in a Bag" set—which is intended to be a complete, coordinated transformation for your bedroom—only to find that the materials and construction feel "very bad." It is a major letdown when a large investment like this doesn't provide the premium look and feel you were hoping for, and we apologize for the frustration this has caused.

You deserve a bedroom that feels like a sanctuary, and we want to help you with the next steps to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
